About Us

Kotecha Group was founded by Late Shri Dayabhai Kotecha around 1960s. Dayabhai started his journey opening retail stores for cutlery, fabrics and saris. Sticking to his entrepreneurial spirits he also opened an aquarium, a general store and a gaming zone before venturing in Gujarati film industry, having produced and acted in local hits like ‘Sona ni Jaal’. It was around 1980 when Dayabhai ventured into real estate, being one of the pioneers in the city of Rajkot, and laying the foundation for the group’s operations today. Since inception Kotecha Group has strived for growth while remaining true to its core values of trust, transparency and long term relationships. With time the group has strengthened its position in real estate and construction while diversifying into hospitality and furnishing sectors in different parts of Gujarat and Australia.
